Orders
How do I track my order?
Use “Track Order” from the top bar and enter your order ID & phone/email. You’ll also receive SMS/email updates.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Orders can be edited/cancelled before dispatch. Contact support with your order ID as soon as possible.
Shipping
What are the delivery timelines?
Metro: 2–4 days, Tier-2: 3–6 days, Remote: 5–9 days. Bulk orders may have scheduled deliveries.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
We ship pan-India. Check eligibility at checkout or via the “Deliver to pincode” option in the top bar.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, cards, netbanking, and Razorpay wallets. GST invoices are available for all orders.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways with 3D Secure where applicable.
Products
Do you sell branded items?
We specialise in reliable non-branded stationery with transparent specs and value pricing.
What paper GSM should I choose?
70–80 GSM for everyday writing, 90–100 GSM for heavy ink or art. Product pages include GSM and use-case tips.
Bulk / B2B
How do I get a bulk quote?
Use the Bulk & Institutional form on the Contact page with quantities, delivery location, and timelines.
Can you supply recurring monthly orders?
Yes. We offer standing orders with fixed pricing windows and scheduled dispatch.
Returns
What is the return policy?
7-day easy returns for unused items in original packaging. Maps/charts must be unopened and unrolled.
How do I raise a return or replacement?
Start from the order page or contact support with photos if the item arrived damaged.
