Description
Created in 1929, this mechanical pencil marked the history of Caran d'Ache as the first product with a metal body manufactured by the Swiss company. Its revolutionary gripper mechanism makes this instrument a true icon of Swiss design.
Thanks to its aluminium body, the Fixpencil™ is a portable, long-lasting and 100% Swiss Made companion. Lightweight yet robust, its hexagonal shape - inspired by that of the company's pencils - and ergonomic lines ensure a perfect grip. It is available in two formats (Ø 2 mm and Ø 3 mm), has a pencil sharpener inside its push-button mechanism and can easily be refilled with leads that are also produced in the Caran d'Ache workshops in Geneva.
Packaging features a new-generation white slim pack metal box with a shiny finish and black label. The interior features a magnetic silicone chock to hold the Fixpencil in place when opening
